UNOPS is pleased to announce that a call for proposals for the Yellow Sea Grant Program is now open for eligible applicants from PR China and RO Korea (Deadline: 1 February).
With PR China and RO Koreaas the beneficiary countries, the program aims to achieve the following objectives:

Support eligible non-for-profit social welfare organizations, fisheries associations and societies, research institutes, colleges and universities to achieve enhanced awareness and on-the-ground impact of local actions to contribute to restoring the carrying capacity of ecosystem provisioning, regulatory, supporting and recreational services of the Yellow Sea;

Develop resource mobilization, organizational development and management capacity of non-for-profit social welfare organizations; and
-
Through the YSLME platform, improve the overall capacity of society for region-wide ecosystem-based management.
All proposed activities must be completed by November 30, 2019. Proposals shall be submitted in English only and grants may be requested in either USD, CNY or KRW.
